When will my order arrive?

We ship out orders on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Depending on the shipping you purchased at checkout will play into a more precise delivery time but our orders commonly arrive between 5 to 7 business days once ordered.

Do you offer international shipping?

We offer international shipping on a variety of our products but since certain items cannot be shipped outside of the United States (such as certain wildlife products or art containing wildlife products) we have removed the option from our shipping choices. If you are an international customer and wish to order products please feel free to contact us for further information.

What should I do if items are damaged or missing?

If you receive your order and find items damaged or missing please contact us immediately. We will always work with our customers to fix or refund damaged or missing items. Please be aware when you are buying items such as skills, bones, pelts, and art, that some items may have minor damage which will be listed in the description of each item. We will not refund items that had been fully disclosed to have minor aesthetic flaws prior to your order. Please read our return policy for further information.

What is the fastest way to reach you?

We typically respond to emails and social media messaging within 1 to 2 hours during business hours, but we can be reached much faster via phone at (910)568-3458.

Where do your animal products come from?

We work with local taxidermists, veterinarians offices, animal breeders, licensed hunters, and US based wildlife importers for our products. Some of our items are sourced directly from our small homestead or from local roadkill we process here. We NEVER sell products from unregulated and non-sourced wholesalers or resellers. While we do not have a problem with traditional wholesalers or drop shippers, we cannot be sure that the animal products are gathered ethically and without cruelty.

Are your animal products ethically sourced?

We understand that the word 'ethical' is very personal and can vary among differing cultures and groups, when we say 'ethically sourced' we are referring to the cause of death, treatment of, and the sustainability of the product.  Our products come from animals who have died of natural causes, illness or injury, or humanely hunted or farmed for food. We make sure our products do not come from poachers or those looking to make money from unnecessary violence and cruelty. Often the products we source would otherwise be thrown away or wasted, instead of waste we choose to reuse and create.
